That native sensitivity lets each robot adapt to contact rich tasks like polishing, deburring, and precision assembly the way a human hand would, without switching hardware between applications. Enlight and MICO extend that sensing across the whole robot body, validated across automotive, 3C electronics, and industrial deployments built for reliability from R&D labs to production floors.

The Grav Enhanced is Flexiv's dual mode gripper combining force controlled two finger pinching for delicate, precise handling with gecko inspired superfriction gripping for large or irregular objects. It lifts up to 5kg without traditional squeezing force, handling everything from M1 bolts and coins to soccer balls and champagne magnums, without switching tools between part types. No vacuum pump or extra power draw needed just the same industrial grade force control that runs across Flexiv's RIZON and Moonlight arms.

Moonlight Parallel Robot

Fusing Flexiv's force sensing and control technology with a parallel form factor, Moonlight delivers precise force control, high positional accuracy, and superior vibration rejection built for contact process automation across segmented, high-speed applications. It's IP65 rated for humidity and extreme temperatures, mountable horizontally or vertically at any angle for maximum space utilization, and fully compatible with the Hesper robot controller plus a range of end of arm tools and vision systems through its hollow mounting flange. CE and ETL certified for inherently safe human robot interaction.

Moonlight is a parallel robot form factor built for high speed, high precision contact tasks, IP65 rated for harsh environments. Grav is the end of arm gripper, using force controlled pinching plus gecko inspired superfriction to handle both delicate and irregular objects. All three run on the same underlying force sensing technology and are compatible with the Hesper controller.
